Paintings in the trance of Aleksandra Djordjevic
Ilija Saula
I perceive Aleksandra Djorđević's artistic opus as a report from the scene.
Alexandra's written works, prose and poetry, bring images of her unrest, worries, games, life stamp and the space in which it all happens. Alexandra does not push herself to the forefront, and in this way the author speaks most about himself.
In her art world, we experience a similar effect, perhaps a shade richer because it is presented to us in a visually aesthetic form.
With Djordjevic, the configuration of art always follows the line of inevitability, there are the inevitable nature and society, the elements that make up life on Earth, manifesting itself in the expression of colors mixed in her feelings.
Where is the place from which Aleksandra Djordjevic reports to us?
I would not say that it is greater than the slide of happiness by which a sigh slips from the soul into the heart. Somewhere from the angle of consciousness from the point where the meaning of everything is determined. Alexandra does not look for forms that would pose for her to paint them, but once the same form changes the form and adapts to the desires of what she wants to see, aware that all living creatures have a life-laden soul, carrying it like a baton. in that endless race. The central place in her art works is equally intended for animals, people, plants and things.
Ambientally, everything goes without saying, everything is under the cap of heaven, surrounded by the harmony of the colors of nature, the freshness of the air, the warmth of the sun, the clarity of the water, the smell of the earth.
Smiles are taken away like small joys, being born at the bottom of the soul, constantly resurrected.
Leaning through the window of duration in order to grab the light mixed with the spectrum of nature and offer it in his works through word and image. We are grateful that we have the opportunity to feed the soul with the nectar of its sensibility. Get acquainted, dear reader, with the art of Aleksandra Djordjevic, so that you would not be envious of me.
